ABOUT ME
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and have been practicing as a massage therapist for over twenty years. I graduated from the Arizona School of Integrative Studies in 2002. My unique massage style combines training in several Western and Eastern modalities, such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofasical Release, Shiatsu, Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, Connective Tissue Release, Reiki, and Shamanic practices.
Although all these modalities work as individual healing practices, by integrating them all into one method I am able to address structural and energetic imbalances on many levels.
I believe we all contain an innate ability to heal. I use an intuitive approach with my clients to create an ideal environment for the body to unwind. With compassionate and careful listening, I work to address physical and energetic imbalances. This helps the body walk toward the path of natural healing.
In addition my work as a clinical massage therapist, I am a twelfth generation Passamaquoddy basket maker. I live in Orono with my wife and two daughters.
